Fashion & Baubles at HoF...

FA LA LA LA LAAAAAAA, LA LA LA LAAA!

I've been in complete denial that Christmas is JUST around the corner, I've shielded my eyes from the lights, the sparkles and all things Santa related so when an invite popped up for the House of Fraser Christmas Event in Bristol last night it was now or never, time to get my bells a jingling!

Let's be honest, being greeted by the Grayling PR girls, a glass of mulled wine and the cutest mince pies helped!!
The event was to showcase the Crimbo goodies in store and it DID.NOT.DISAPPOINT, leaving me with a festive spring in my (biker boots) step...

Here's a snap shot of what's in store right now and if you have (or, you can get at the till) a Recognition Card, you get 10% off everything until Sunday...GO!;

Decor...

I'm hosting a family Christmas this year (GULP!) and I have grand ideas about dressing the idyllic table,  the inspiration is endless in HoF.
There are themes to the HoF Christmas styling, let's me honest, it helps keep us on track when this happens and stops a multi theme overload... Here are my favourites..;

Woodland Charm...
A modern twist on tradition combining various textures.. There's wood, wool and glitter featured within..;

Pine cones on the table - Perfect!

Shop the collection here.

Scandi...

I love this theme, it's fun and just so happens to match my kitchen/dining space perfectly...(Mum, act surprised when you see this on the 25th December!). It's a modern, Scandinavian inspired and warm in design, what's not to love!

I invested in the felt table runner and table settings last night... returning tomorrow to finish the  collection!

Shop the collection here.

Biba & Prism...

This is a combination of two themes, both work well together...The collections ooze luxe, elegance and contemporary at the same time..;
Not just for Christmas...

I really LOVE the elegance and styling of this table... It's what I aspire to!

Each theme has a matching tree and all the trimmings!
Shop Biba and Prism.
There's even a video online to show you how to create the perfect Christmas tree..(just throwing baubles at the pine is no longer acceptable!) - Watch the video here.

Gifts...

You won't be surprised to know that I bought 'gifts' last night.... FOR ME!! (Hence the other reason to return on Saturday really too...).

The one gift EVERY woman must love is the Nail Inc Nail Polish Diary which contains 12 full sized sought after polishes, including the sold out leather effect which I've been hunting down (without joy!) ;

The diary is worth £138 and it's selling for £42 ANNNNNND, as you would have spent over £40 on Nails Inc, you get to choose one of the free gifts below too!! Obviously this is where my 'one for you, one for me' kicks in..

Shop the Nails Inc collection here.
There are some A.Mazing offers on at this time of year, shop smart and the pennies will go a long way.

On the lips...

After chatting with the Yves Saint Laurent girls, I learnt that 'Rouge Pur Couture' (also known as 50) is the colour of the season!!
Perfect finishing touch for all the festivities!
Buy the 50 here

The Finishing Touches...

The tables set, the gifts are wrapped and under the tree... Now to you... I didn't know that HoF in Bristol had it's very own spa!! Tucked away from ringing tills on the ground floor is an area of compete tranquillity!! The Robin James Spa has a hair salon and an extensive range of Aveda products and treatments...Who knew!!
Pampering is not just for Christmas of course, whether it's a hard day at the shops or visiting Bristol with the girls for a weekend, what a perfect way to spend a day, SOLD!
Book online here.
I hope I have passed on the festive vibe, I'm really feeling the Christmas inspiration thanks to HoF Bristol!!
Ho Ho Ho!
