Bristol to Bondi...Fourth and Final Post.

I've been back a whole week, when/how did that happen?!

So here goes, the last 2 days of my flying visit to the other side of the world to deliver a hug...(If you are only just joining me, you have to check out the previous 3 posts and catch up!)

Somehow (*surprised face*), we managed to cram some serious outfit changes into the last couple of days..;

Day 5...

(This was last Monday)...We busted out a 7km run early doors, literally fighting our way through crowds of beautiful people (how do they do it?!) all doing the same (just less sweaty looking) before hitting the road for a trip up to Palm Beach...Palm Beach is actually also more famously known as Summer Bay (of Home & Away fame...which I've not watched since I was at school..). To be honest, there wasn't a fat lot going on at Palm Beach, Alf was nowhere to be seen however, there was plenty of evidence of the show..;

A totally burnt out selfie at Summer Bay!

Dress - I know I've described other items in my wardrobe like this buuuut, it's so old! This dress was from Primark about 7-8 years ago

Sandals - The summer favourite from Aldo..Available in the sale if you're a size 42.

Bag - My new bargain bag from Portmans, buy here.

Necklace - River Island.

Meet the new bag...

This is the exact path they always (last time I watched it anyway) dramatically run down in the show...

One couldn't help oneself..Hashtag in the sand..

After the trip to Palm Beach we were back to Bondi, changed and out, again! Drinks at The Opera House Bar with Andrea's fabulous boss and blooming (in a stunning preggers way) gorgeous friend..;

Bloody awful photo all told but still, managed to get the bridge in before we lost all light!

New trousers...

Trousers - Portmans, no link available.
Heels - Primark in the summer
Cami - Topshop, buy here.
Neckwear - Topshop, buy here.

So much love for this look!

Shirt - Topshop, buy here.
Skirt - Portmans, buy here ( I did!!)
Heels - River Island a coupe of summers ago
Clutch - Twenty8Twelve from ASOS.

Day 6...The Last Day

Typically, an absolute roasting day on Bondi...Pretty perfect for....SHOPPING?! Honestly, we had a very quick scoot into the shops to pick up a couple of last bits and some pressies to bring home...;

It's another scorcher at the beach (OK, shops...)

Cami - Topshop, buy here (I'm loving the versatility of the cami this year!!)
Skirt - Zara in the summer.
Bag - Zara. This is Andrea's, I have a red shoulder bag on my wish list...
Belt - Seed, buy here... (another new Aussie buy)..

After the power shop it was back to scrub up for the last supper...(Lunch, supper just sounds so much more dramatic...)

Lunch was a 'Thank You' from Andrea and her hubby for making the trip over. The destination, Cafe Sydney at Customs House.

Cafe Sydney is far from a 'cafe', it's on the top floor of the grand Customs House building. It oozes style, incredible food and on a week day lunchtime, lots of 'collars'! We were booked onto the terrace however, the 'hurricane' that whipped around the harbour put a stop to that... Still the view wasn't too bad (again) from our table..

Ladies that lunch...

Dress - H&M. I bought this online a couple of months ago and hadn't worn it until now. I love it, simple and just that little bit chic, non? Buy here. Also available in red, which is gorgeous!

Heels - Dune, forever ago!

Necklace - H&M, buy here.

Effortless and beautiful...
Andrea wore..;

Blouse - Zara, not online but a new buy from our Zara haul!

Heels - Wanted Shoes, buy here. (Loved this store, I 'wanted' all of them)

Skirt - Pleated leather look skirt from Topshop last year, buy similar from Warehouse here

The grand entrance to Customs House..

Lunch with a view...again!

So, there you have it....6 days; lots of shopping, tears, laughs, wine, cocktails, food, shopping, laughs, shopping...

The final sunset over Bondi...;

P.S. You know what makes me happy...Getting an email notification saying that Andrea had posted on her blog, an awesome post about getting her 'Mojo' back, read here.

P.P.S I totally realise that I have swerved London Fashion Week...Shame on me, I have been doing my research in between work and sleep (pretty much all I have been capable of in the last 7 days...). I'm not ignoring it, you will see my highlights at some point ..
