First Taste...

I'm not wishing the Summer away but, when the promise of new seasonal buys wafts under my nose, I can't help my needy self.

This morning, with a clatter, the new Next AW15 book landed on the doorstep...Kettle on, rip off cardboard and start turning corners in a never-seen-that-before frenzy.

Before the tea was cold, I'd secured my first order with promises of speedy delivery.

The first purchase was a very exciting one and one I know I won't regret - The Camel Coat. Every year I search for the perfect one; petite cut, slightly fitted, the right shade of camel (high maintenance, much?). Experience tells me to snap up that kinda' find up as fast as my WiFi will allow, especially as this one is a Crombie cut. I predict a sell out.
Buy the camel coat here - you'll have the option to choose petite etc.

Then came the shoes...

Next always leave me wanting a bigger walk-in when it comes to their footwear. Let's be honest, not exactly bank breaking and still right up there with shoe of the season on several occasions.

Top;
Already on order (5 weeks 'til they land) and although I'm not usually a 'wedge' gal' these ones make for the perfect sandal to boot transition. Buy here in black and here in snake.

Pointed flats, love or hate, they are back again and rivalling the Mango ones ( them Celine dupes) that flew off the shelves earlier this year. Buy black here and animal print here.

Party shoes are not just for parties. Perfect with jeans and an oversized shirt too for Saturday coffee dates. Buy black here and nude here.

Finding the perfect boots is almost as challenging for me as the aforementioned camel coat. I've ordered the tan ones to work with bare legs and the A-Line skirts I live in, for now. Buy black here and tan here.

It seems like a lifetime ago (pre-Sabbatical anyway), when I had the first edition of these Ghillie flats from Next. I predict these will have a waiting list soon, especially with a price tag of under £30 (!!!). Buy here.

What have you been ordering?
