10 Day Round Up...

To summarise...Drink (lots), food (so much), sleep (lack of), laughs ('til it hurt).

That's it, thanks for reading.

Joke. Grab a brew and let's catch up!

Really, the last 10 days have been a whirlwind of friends and good times!

It started Easter weekend with a camping (yep, you read that right) trip to the New Forest with friends. We hired an RV from a local place and it didn't disappoint (once we regulated the heating).

It finished feeling totally broken after a fabulous 4 day trip to Berlin for my very best friends' Hen do.

My camera is currently with the camera doctor (that's what happens when you drop it down the stairs) so all of my pics are iPhone-tastic for now but, here's a pictorial run down of what happened and some of the outfits.

New Forest

The weather was Baltic fresh over Easter so it was all about practical layering and the leather jacket/ Converse rotation.

Berlin

Lil (the Hen and best friend), lives in Hove so Tuesday was a mad rush of unpacking, repacking and a load of errands before heading down for Bridesmaid dress fittings and the (mandatory) sushi dinner.

I still managed to squeeze in an OOTD shot and show the first bare leg of the season
Wearing;

The following days in Berlin were a blur of shots, laughs, shots, food, beer bikes, food, Gin, shots...*repeat to fade*.

A few things I've learnt from the masters of Hen do planning...Research and then book everything in advance! Work out a budget and get a kitty upfront, that way you barely need to spend anything when you get there.

The beer bike...Yep, what could possibly go wrong..10 girls, an iPod dock (and volume control), lots of beer, Prosecco and the crowded streets of Berlin centre...We had a driver and Lil worked the bar whilst the remaining 9 of us sang/pedalled our way around historical Berlin.

Our carriage...

Checkpoint Charlie - Where the wall once stood.

Piggy Backs at Brandenburg Gate, of course.
The Berlin Wall from the beer bike...The only way?

Lil - The gorgeous Hen and bartender

We ate at some incredible places during the trip, the Euro seems to certainly be in our favour and the actual costs were so reasonable too! On the last night we had reservations at The Volt, a fine dining restaurant that scooped Trip Advisor awards last year - It was clear why.

The food was incredible, the industrial-chic ambiance perfect and the service, outstanding - 5 courses and a whole load of wine, again.

The Hens with the mandatory selfie stick - *Get one with remote control here and if you put MISSIONSTYLE20 in at the till, you'll get 20% off!*

Green Cross Code, what?

Wearing;

Warehouse jumpsuit (has been worth it's weight in gold) - similar here and here
Belt - similar here
Rupert Sanderson Elba - similar here
& Other Stories bag - similar here

And breath.

The latest investment is a full 2 week round of detox tea which, can't arrive quick enough!

Lastly, I'm considering getting involved in the YouTube thing to feature shopping hauls...What do you think? Any advice from those that do?
